Thanks for the great video! Quick question for you. Do you have an idea of how long it would take to remove the dash, change one of the blend door actuators and reinstall the dash? (Nothing else would need to be changed.). Trying to decide if I need to purchase and parts before removing dash. Thanks!!

Book time to do a blower motor is 6.4hrs. I would imagine about 5 hrs total

XC40 Right side Corner Dashboard on A pillar picture hai? I see a 1 inch gap between Windshield and dashboard, Left side no gap.

Will this be similar to remove on the XC60?

Thanks 🙏 Yes, you will have to open the dashboard for the new XC90 model of this type as the pipe locks come at the top of the dashboard. And in the old model, its pipe locks come in the left hand side.

Is their a repair manual for this year? I’m looking to replace the rear AC evaporator

My dealership quoted me $2500 USD, but online I've seen people being quoted closer to $4K USD. Not fun.
