In this video, we will show how to do tire rotation in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 Volvo XC40.
In the 2019 - 2024 Volvo XC40 the first Tire Rotation should be done at 5000 km and then at 10000 km intervals. During tire rotation, the front and back wheels are switched with each other.
If a difference in tread depth of more than 1 mm occurs, then the least worn tires should be fitted in the rear. This way the rear of the XC40 is less likely to skid, preventing the loss of control over the SUV.
Lug Bolts (Wheel Studs) Torque: 103 ft-lb.

Thank you for making the video, I would like to add two points, (a) the plastic trim running along the sill is lower than the metal jacking area of the sill, so when you placed those jack stands under the sill you must have distorted the plastic trim. (b) No need to use pliers to remove plastic covers off wheel nuts, there is a special tool in the vehicle made of plastic shaped like large tweezers for pulling those covers off without marking them.
Thank you making a beneficial set. Of Videos about the xc 40. I own one with T5 r-design too. Wondering is there anyway to physically inspect the engine oil to ensure the workshop really do engine oil replacement.

Thanks! Since XC40 doesn't have the dip stick you can partially unscrew the drain bolt, let some oil drip into the container. If it is light and clean, it was replaced. If it is black, it was not replaced. I believe the drain plug torque is 28 ft/lbs.
