At a junk yard in Detroit Michigan , have you tried www.vanderhaags.com see if they have some that’s your best bet or call around ur local junk yards

USA star steering wheel , I got it from Miami star truck parts , but so you know if you have a gen 1 Volvo it won’t fit , you will have to change the whole steering assembly I learned the hard way lol 😂
