Production quality of Evo India is mind blowing, kudos to Evo India Media team. Also wonderful presentation by Aatish.

That's what I like about Volvo's approach, An SUV doesn't need to be sporty as it will spoil the ride quality, since every human cannot have all the qualities, same is with the cars if a car is very good in corners and handling it will spoil the ride and vice versa.

Fair, honest, and thorough review. I like the format of reviewing two cars at the same time. Helped to get a good understanding of the Volvo brand as a whole, and reinforced the theme of Volvo being different. Volvo didn't refuse to have Apple Carplay. They say it's coming in a future update.

First few shots i thought, its some where abroad. Just imagine how beautiful our country will become if we keep it clean and in order.

Love to own it but no service center in Bhubaneswar. As far as suspension is concerned I found the xc60 too floaty during my test drive about 7 years ago. Have they changed the suspension settings in the new model? I am driving the Q3 since 9 years and tried several times to upgrade but never found the same driving comfort in any other luxury car, whatever the brand!! So still stuck with the q3 which is doing absolutely fine even with 132000 on the odo!!

I feel Volvo USP won't impress many car enthusiasts. This segment cars should delivery performance and luxury at the same time.

Yes, many buyers in this segment would agree with you, but not all. Lexus is expensive compared to the average car, yet they still get buyers despite lacking performance. Volvo is at a transition in their brand identity. They are moving quickly toward being an electric car brand, like Tesla, focused on technology instead of performance. They are putting investment into battery technology and autonomous driving, not performance driving. Volvo delivers just enough of many things to have buyers and even increase their sales from years past. Their sound system is as good or better than the German brands (bmw, merc, audi). Their luxury/comfort is as good or better than German brands. Their PHEVs are interesting to the EV-curious buyer, and fast in a straight line. Their reliability and repair costs are better than German brands, but worse than Lexus. Volvo buyers lease less often than German brands, and expect their cars to last longer. Be happy we have a lot of car brands to choose from.

Dear Friend , you the presenter of these Volvo XC60 and S90 cars , have done a wonderful presentation without adding much ado about nothing. You have done this immaculate presentation , being true to the ideology of telling the factual things available in these cars.Also not trumpeting that these cars generate the adrenaline in our body saying that these cars give us the thrill of speeding and on the contrary telling us that Volvo believes in giving the car owner the luxuriousness of all the systems in the car and also a wonderful driving pleasure. KUDOS to your presentation , seeing this type of a presentation which is very unbiased and true to Volvos manufacturing ideology of giving the car owner the best of pleasure and luxury.Thank you. Yep, Volvo is not for first time buyers, it’s for the people who’ve had BMW’s or Mercedes before, but I agree the gearbox on Volvos is very slow!

Naah that's like justifying the features that Volvo seems don't want to do it; May be Apple deal is not working out for Volvo. I mean its okay if not a peppy engine but if you want to have simple system that gives ease of use that shouldn't be like an android tablet. While driving one has only enough time to press a button... so that's a hands down by Volvo

Volvo is omitting features, increasing prices and becoming boring and boring … thats make them different… even Lexus is much better then volvo… and bmw is macho ❤️

Volvo is stuck in an ugly middle position.. It’s doesn’t offer the comfort of a Mercedes or the performance of a BMW nor is it balanced like the Audi.

So basically it’s a boring car that doesn’t have a good brand image as well.

Volvos feels life less, boring and for lazy people. Suspension technology and powertrain have moved so much that one car can have several personalities. It feels like they cannot make good cars to compete with others in the segment and that's why they take a different approach. Even evo India doesn't have much to speak on this car that's why they try to kill sometime by talking about infotainment for so long

When he says Volvo does it differently, he means this thing is shit. Can’t bash Volvo directly.
