Volvo 480 2.0litre engine - will it start after a few years restoration

I'm finally ready to try and start my Volvo 480. Firstly an update on various parts being refitted, the interior, auxiliary belt, etc.
Then willitstart ? After a lot of years without running, I get the spark plugs back in, check oil and coolant and a freshly charged battery to see if it will start up.
Also, the electric windows and sunroof aren't working now, so trying to find the reason.

Seems like I’m having the same issue on my 480, but everything on my ecu looks ok. Struggling on ideas, if you could help?
I'd say your CEM needs looking at given all your electrical issues
