Welcome to the Daytona Beach area Parade of Homes Tour 2024! We'll be looking at some pretty amazing homes this year, so join me as we hop on the tour bus for a look at some of Volusia County's best homes!
First, when can you tour these houses in person?
Today through Sunday, April 28th you can come see these beauties in person. Today through Saturday, the homes are open from 10 am until 5:00 pm and on Sunday, you can see them from 12:00 until 5:00 pm.
Massey Ranch Airpark:
Located in Edgewater, these Platinum built homes are something to see. Their unique feature? Each home has it's own private hangar and taxi way, so you can get your plane out and in the air in no time. This home, the Cessna model, is a 3/2/2 with a 50'x40' hangar totally over 6,200 total square feet. Everything about this home is amazing from the cabinets to the tile, to the appliances. If you've been looking for a hangar home and you've looked at the Fly-In, come take a look at Massey Range Airpark before you make your move. You won't be disappointed!
Liberty Village:
Located in New Smyrna Beach, Liberty Village is full of amazing homes, but the one we're looking at is something else. While it's not finished yet, the Japandi is a creation straight from the mind of the owners; Newberry Homes just brough their vision to life. Japanese and Scandinavian influences have inspired this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with a 3 car garage and over 3,300 square feet of living space. I can't wait to see it when it's completed!
Mosaic:
We're touring two builders in Mosaic and first up is Adley Homes. We toured the Floridian, with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and a 3 car garage complete with 2,249 square feet of living space. This home is in a great location, and is just a short walk or bike ride to all the amenities Mosaic has to offer.
Next we're moving to ICI homes in Mosaic and touring the Costa Mesa model. This is a favorite model home, featuring 4 beds, 3 baths and 2,680 square feet, this is one to write home about! The layout is fantastic and the outside are is something to behold with a beautiful lake front pool and enormous summer kitchen.
Plantation Bay:
This home is the 2024 Showcase Home this year and for good reason. With 4 beds, 4 baths and a 4 car garage, there is luxurious upgrades every where you turn. This home boasts 3,832 square feet of living space and ICI has delivered the good on every single square foot. The primary sweet is something out of your dreams with a shower big enough to fit a 20 Realtors. I know because we did it. This is MUST SEE!
Reserve at Victoria:
Kolter Homes is up first and we toured two homes here, the Julia and the Madison. Both are equally as great with the Julia being the smaller of the two with 2 beds, 2 baths and 1,968 square feet. The Madison is slightly larger with 3 beds, 3 baths and 2,289 square feet. The neighborhood has amazing amenities including a clubhouse, resort style pool, gym, pickleball courts and a playground.
Paytas Homes:
Paytas never disappoints and they sure hit the mark with their Pinehurst model. With 2,080 square feet and 3 beds and two baths, this is a perfectly sized home. There's so much to love about it from the kitchen to the beautifully crafted outside space, you'll be the friend who's home everyone wants to visit.
Azalea Walk:
Our last stop has three models, all are adorable, all are available to tour and all are unique in their own way. I toured the Azalea Walk model which has 3 beds, 3 baths and 1,600 square feet. These home are the cutest little cottages I've seen in awhile and they are perfect starter homes or for someone who's looking to downsize. They even have a 1 car detached garage! They're almost perfect!
