Thank you for making this available to general public on KZread - it is very helpful for those of us considering volunteerships (a word?) at shelters. It's on a very LARGE scale, but I think is still very relevant no matter what the size of your local shelter.

That's a really big place they seem really organized and on top of things

This is a very nice shelter and very well organized. Infection control is very important. I work in a healthcare facility and I am very familiar with how to always wash hands between residents and rooms etc. The color coded method is great. It's easier then to distinguish what animal you are working with. Very informative.
