Oh gosh, you know that dog that was duct taped was put through hell, & more then likely got beaten. There's such sick people out there! Thank God for all the animal cruelty investigators! You've got to be really tough to do something like that. It would give me nightmares. 😥

What is making me upset is "the bare minimum" ... but then again the bare minimum for humans is also sickeningly low in the US.
