@@jj03jj06 kinda. Rods were a big deal too, once beauticians realized the rods weren't just for jheri curls. But on my hair straw sets made super tight ringlets. Getting one's hair rolled on straws were such a big deal circa '95! It's like people with shorn or cropped hair who uses the end of a rat tail comb to make tight ringlets. Time consuming, but cute.

Ловите лайф- хак,девочки! Берете на кончике ножа лимонную кислоту и растворяете в 50 мл теплой воды.Начинаем накручивать волосы подобным образом,но....на тканевые полосочки,предварительно слегка смачивая волосы лимонной водой. Спать на накрученных подобным образом кудрях гораздо легче, да и волосы хорошо держат форму .

Бабушки, именно я, вашего поколения, накручивали волосы на дюралевые бигуди. Спали, мучались , всю ночь , но на утро результат оправдывал все ожидания. Новое поколение превзошло все ожидания! When I was a kid, we had to sleep in plastic curlers. They were so uncomfortable! And sometimes I woke up with a headache. The foam rollers were better, but you could still feel the plastic part that was around the foam and in the middle of the foam. I can't imagine wearing aluminum curlers. They probably hurt in the same way the plastic ones did. 😊

It's just recommended that if you INSIST on putting looks before your baby's health, that you wait until late in the second trimest bc the baby almost fully developed. It's never safe, and is actually recommended that pregnant women forgo perms until after giving birth. It's safe to DYE your hair, but there are safe ways to do so. No natural perms exists. The chemicals will seep through your pores into your bloodstream. They're also very different from the type of chemicals in synthetic dyes. Much more harmful. It's ok to admit to facts, even if you got a perm while pregnant. You CAN speak out against it now that you know better. Dig deep, bc you'll likely still find more about dyeing hair during pregnancy bc most ppl already know it's not ok to perm while pregnant. Kind of a given. You will find things that say it's BETTER to wait until after 6 months. Never will you find a credible doctor say it's safe. At all.

как человек с волосами до пояса, крайне не советую пробовать данный метод… для меня он закончился плачевно.. выглядит круто и эффектно, не спорю! но в конечном итоге мы получаем оооочень сильно запутанные волосы, которые ужасно сложно и больно расчёсывать… поберегите свои нервные клетки!)❤

He’s not honest, just an asshole. There’s literally nothing wrong with this method, it’s cheap and also recycling. Get you a new man if he’s gonna call you a dumbass over minor things. :)
