Hello! Thank you for the detailed review. I have one question. Regarding the water drainage, is it possible to use the condenser box only if I don’t want to use the drain pipe? My current living condition doesn’t allow me to place the dryer close to a drain hole or a bathroom. I think it would be easier for me to discard the collected water in the condenser box. Kindly revert.

Yes it can.
Can you please clarify if it is a true heat pump dryer and not a condensation dryer? A true heat pump technology uses refrigeration pump and evaporator coils. Please see referenced the video for detailed explanation of heat pump dryer technology - kzread.info/dash/bejne/dpmCj8pvn9PblbA.html. Also this technology is very new and prices for the Beko dryer do not reflect true heat pump dryer prices in developed countries. Condensation dryers has been available in India for last 10 years including the ones in washer-dryer combo units.

I was wondering the same but the price on the voltas website for this model is 47k. That is cheap as far as heat pump dryers go which are usually in the 70k and above range with better brands. Beko is lower in quality than LG/Samsung as seen by comparing Beko's washing machines prices in the UK.
