Bina bladder ki ball me ye trick kam nahi karegi bhai Aur football me fast kick lagti hai to ye trick kam nahi kregi Agar football me bladder aur silai nahi hai to ap Upar se puncher bana sakte hai Cycle puncher accesorios use kar ke ise try kar ke dekhiye shyad kam ban jaye

वॉलीबॉल बहुत भारी हो जाएगी जिससे खेला भी नहीं जा सकता इससे अच्छा तरीका है जिसको हम अपनाते हैं और वॉलीबॉल से खेलते समय अच्छा चलता है उसके लिए 2-3 चुटकी नदी वाला रेत ले उसे नीडल की सहायता से वॉलीबॉल में डाले तथा 3-4 बूंद उसके अंदर पानी डाल दे।❤️❤️❤️

हम इसी तरह पंचर बनाते है और ये तरीका अच्छे से काम करता है भारी तब होती है जब हम इस तरीके को सही से न करे या ज्यादा बार दोहरा दे

ये 1 या 2 बार ही सही काम करता है कई बार पंचर बनाने से बॉल भारी हो जाएगी इस लिए साफ सुथरे ग्राउंड में खेले और बॉल को कई बार पंचर होने से बचाये
