There might be some situations when you aren’t getting the desired results from the workouts, because your muscles aren’t pre-activated and hence, not functioning properly.
Muscle pre-activation exercises are extremely effective and don’t take much of your time, this will allow you to increase the potential strength of your muscles by 10-30%. You just need to give them a few minutes before starting your workout and you will achieve a better result. On the video are some of the most effective muscular pre-activation exercises that I recommend you try out before performing for main Exercises.😉

Head high ! Don't look the ground dude. You'll jump higher. And just before you run, make sure that your feet are convergent and your body a bit late compared to your feet.

My brother was a sports buff and I introduced him this vertical jump program to improve his vertical jump. He likes the program after reaching a big development. He is not someone who loves reading, so it gives me great delight to see him having this book around - dog-eared from being read over and over. It is not hard to find this jump guide on Google. If you do this, make sure your knees won't pass 90 degrees of the angle capacity. If you go further like the person on this vid, your knees wil be injured in no time. Beside that it's an awesome video!

@@ledronlee9852 Everything that puts pressure on the knee joints. A lot of people think that how further you do your squat the better, but that is not true. Up to 90 degrees in your knee joint is not that injury sensitive. If you go further, your muscles put more power then they should in the movement to extent the knee and that is why it will get injured

Thanks for the training program I'll try it. The last few exersises seing stupig, unfortunutaly i'm not understand use of it. For my opinion will be better jumping exersises.

I am not convinced of this workout. Many of this exercises are for agility and change of direction. The type of exercises a football running back would do. Also doing sprint is great but I didnt see that many exercises that actually build your strenght. This guy can jump... period but I would argue there are better workouts. Many of these are a waste of time but look cute I guess.

I would really love to jump higher and be stronger, but i don't want to bulk up. Im a slim girl and want to stay that way. If i get more muscle, will it burn the fat on my legs and get slimmer legs, while improving jump and power?

Deadlifts, RDLs, and a lot of accessory hip work are going to give you the best results. Squats can help too but not nearly as much as deadlifts. Biggest key is to do the correct motions before piling on the weight.
I can increase speed but it won't add to vertical jump. Only a great vertical jump program can add 12 to 15 inch to vertical jump
