I am an avid volleyball player and coach. I have a great passion for the sport and enjoy
sharing my experiences with others. As a coach, I have the privilege of
coaching a women's team, a men's team, and a junior female team. I enjoy
working with players of different ages and abilities and helping them reach
their full potential. My training approach is based on a balanced mix of
technique, tactics, conditioning and teamwork. I believe that each player has
individual strengths, and it is important to recognize and develop them.
Through targeted training and continuous improvement, I want to empower my
players to take their game to a higher level.

    Question, where in the game do you ever pass the ball up to yourself and then, straight back to the player that passed to you? This is not game like. CAP III coach and official. Coach Bart

    The question is completely legitamate, it's more of a warm-up exercise instead of a game-like exercise. However, the majority of a training session should consist of game-like exercises. Thank you for your question
