With lunch control you don’t have to wait for the turbo to spool so basically you start with maximum hp

pretty much every dsg car has a launch control just hold the brake with left foot and the accelerator with right foot and it will limit the revs to do a launch

Easy on this rpm you get 2 seconds wheel spin, dude..

How do you even do launch controll? Does it work for the 2008 build year?

VW shows you l/h consumption when you are not moving just standing at one place, notice that when he pulls off it changes to l/100km :)

I have one for my first car and I love it, people think it’s too much for a first car but you only live once fuck it. Take care of it and enjoy it. Volkswagen are really reliable and good safe cars but German car parts are expensive. If your gonna get one try get one with good mileage and as little history of trouble as possible. I have a 2015 1.4 tsi Scirocco for for a year now and it’s never let me down just make sure you service it and don’t go cheap butting cheap oil and parts in it. Good luck

@@PaulRyanILikeTrains Thanks, i’m also planning on buying scirocco as my first car,. But a bit older 2009-2011, 2.0 tsi As some peope told me, 1.4 engines are not reliable in that generation, and some saying that they had no problems with that engine. I had a good scirocco in my city, it was for sale, but I had to pass on it unfortunately, because it had 1.4 tsi. Maybe some of you guys drive one, and can tell your experience?

@@Offwekid well mate i have a 2009 2.0L tsi and i really love it.I wouldn’t recommend the 1.4 liter engine especially the 160hp turbo kompressor. The 122 hp is a bit better because it only has a turbocharger.But 122 hp is not that much for the car

The speedometer is very badly designed. Just look where 60 km/h is placed, at over 1/3 of the circle arc ... A good car should indicate 100 km/h.

My 26 year old toyota with a naturally aspirated 2 liter does the 0-100 quicker 😭😭😭😭
