Absolutely one of the best skis I've ever owned (and I've owned a bunch!). This and its similar kin, the Kendo 88 are amazingly fun.

Hi there. I would like your advice guys. I got the chance to get the deacon 76 half price and they come with binding in the price. But may be is a difficult to ski like my old p50 gs racing no idea and they are mainly piste skis.. (am an ex racer so that is my background but am 46 always strong but must pay more attention to my knees etc). The thing is i love skiing off piste too. Hate now crowded pistes and want to be in nature if snows allows. Do you think Mantra m5 could do a good job both in and off piste and be easier to ski not having to push too hard with Knees as with my old racing ski? I have to look at the future too as i won't get any younger ah Ah.....On the other side i found deacon 76 at 470 euro with binding (1.76 the discounted model and I am 1.85). Mantra m5 will cost more and no binding included. That is my dilemma. On the other side, do you think deacon 76 could be ok also for some off piste? Thank you. Simon
