Finally, a riff journey on Voivod. This is a riff journey I've been wanting to do for a very long time now. Voivod is probably my favorite 80's Thrash Metal band, with their progressive rock and metal elements that they add to their sound. In my opinion, Voivod is one of the most interesting Thrash Metal bands out there. So for that, I included riffs from every one of their albums. From their classic, more straightforward Thrash Metal (almost punk sounding) albums like War and Pain and Rrröööaaarrr, their more prog rock and just classic Heavy Metal sounding like Angel Rat, Katorz, The Outer Limits, Infini, Phobos, Negatron, and also their more progressive influenced Thrash Metal albums like Killing Technology, Dimension Hatröss, Nothingface, Target Earth, The Wake, Synchro Anarchy, and of course, their new Ultraman EP in tribute to the Ultraman series. They have a lot of very interesting guitar riffs too, so I made sure to include the best parts of what makes Voivod great.
