@@jaxondabac8808yeah lightning is always high damage on all three strikes, and actively seeks out high health targets no matter how much troops are in its circle of effect. While Void will hit all inside of it but gets weaker with more troops being inside of it, giving high potential if used right, and diminishing returns if countered correctly.

When they sell a card for like 50$ in the shop, you know what they're up to

That's been SC's strategy for a while now it's just gotten worse - hype up a card or cards, released them overpowered, if not broken, let the whales and pay to win junkies throw stupid money at it for a huge unfair advantage, then worry about nerfining the card to near useless status later, move on to the next one. Clash Royale has always been pay to win but I don't think it's ever been more so than right now. I think it has to do with the fact Clash Royale revenues are down or are not keeping up with other big money makers so they feel like they need to resort to this crap to the detriment of f2p players, they're not putting money in the game anyways so if one group is going to get screwed it will be them.

Void isn't broken

I personally believe that the void spell is probably the most similar to lightning, it's best targets are much of the same stuff, AQ, executioner, Edrag, etc, I believe it would make for a pretty insane deck in the giant/evo bomber/evo knight/fishboy/LP/Phoenix/arrows/lightning deck that's kinda popular rn, as a lightning replacement

Definitely the highest skill spell in the game and a contender for the highest skill card in the game. You need to know when to use it but your opponent can also place troops into the void reactively to protect other cards since it strikes 3 times. You can definitely play a lot of mind games by trying to bait out your opponent's supporting troops using the void that they would've been saving for your win condition or something.

This is legit the dumbest cope ive ever heard. *plays lavahound in the back. Plays loon behind it at bridge. Opponent drops executioner, it dies, opponent loses *opponent drops archers, they die. Opponent drop minions, they die. Opponent drops literally any air defense troops, they die. *opponent had to overcommit elixer on defense just to defend a 3 elixer spell. You are so obviously mid ladder it hurts.

​@OrphanCrippler1 I didn't even mention how strong it was at all, I was speaking entirely from a mechanical pov. Once it gets all the changes it needs and people learn how to counter it, it's the highest skill spell in the game.

It is great against tanks, medium hp cards and buildings but struggles against swarmies so overall a decent spell

I think Earthquake does have Use (mainly with Hog): If they have defenses that cant let hog break through even with earthquake, Earthquake spam is your only way to win while you defend. Also, if you dont have you log for swarms, earthquake is that secondary swarm killer. Void cant do that.

The void spell is like all the spells in one. It can hit multiple troops like arrows. It can hit one troop for a butt load of damage and it has three hits like lightning. The only thing it doesn't have is a status effect.

The thing is it is very easy to predict, esp. on buildings. I think there are a few scenarios it's gonna be broken but those scenarios are pretty rare. Often times I find myself just never really playing it in a match.

Honestly Void Feels like it could be a 4 elixir card with no changes maybe a slight damage buff but current void with good timing feels like it's always going positive or elixir neutral Opponent players any ranged support troop/mini tank? @Charles-CR The card literally just came out, there's still weeks of experimentation left before I and the rest of the player base cam fully realize how good this card is, personally from rudimentary testing using it to snipe 4+ cost troops is way too easy. 4 Elixir being a bit harsh it could get a damage boost so the 5+ beam one shots skeletons and the 2-4 drop off isn't as bad but the single target void is definitely feels like 4 Elixir card.

Boss, do you think void is good in a regular RG deck? Also do you reckon zappies might be good in this meta? It seems to be a good counter against void, doesn't die to arrows (which will be even more popular due to the evo firecracker and eco archer rework), good against almost every card in the meta giant deck and also not bad against lavaloon and also with the evo bomber and poison nerfs.

A lot of decks run double small spells currently and Zappies do die to Zap + Arrows.

The voids damage when targeting 2 or 4 is the same but once it hits 5 then the damage is bad, for example at 2:20 if he had tried protecting with only two or less units the firecracker would have died

the void does less crown tower damage than the earth quake and can be blocked if you use it on say an inferno tower. the void i think is most like the earth quake BUT its not better or worse i think its different enough to have its own niece decks. i think it works well in the CR meta but feels weirdly ominous in the CR lore i guess

It’s so good against buildings if they don’t put anything near it, surprisingly good with RG that I’ve been running as well

Void is 100% better that EQ. It handles single target medium troops well on top of building. And what a convenience that is needed a spell to handle both is my monk evo recruits deck

I think it needs to have a reduced first hit speed or something, it almost fully counters a goblin barrel without you even playing anything.

I find it somewhat ridiculous that the bomber nerf is only increasing the Evo cycle to 2. The range/distance that the bomb travels is absolutely ridiculous, it travels about 40-45% across the ENTIRE arena & for 2 elixir is just absurd.

I just got 200 champions from a chest and got 6 cards to level 15 off of the wild cards. Am I going to be banned? Edit: I opened a Crown Chest from the battle pass. Apparently, every chest was giving the highest level of rarity that you had unlocked. It was only around for about 10 minutes before the maintenance break, so you won’t be able to get a chest like this any more. Sorry-I wish Supercell would just give a chest like this to everybody so we could all play with maxed decks.
