I have seen 95% of Morissette’s Live perfs and I can say she is an extremely rare gem. She sounds 5x better LIVE. Seen her concert twice and she blew me away.

She is a great performer and I have seen her concerts 3X so far and would love to see more!

This song was written by Freddie Santos, and Gary composed the music for the song. It was used in the theatrical musical “First Name”, which was directed by Freddie. He passed in 2020, so this was part of a tribute to his life and legacy.

This is the first time I come across your channel. You're now one of my favorite reviewers.

Surely, there’s been a lot of maturing in Morisette’s voice in the last 4 years. With that said, I would still love to watch reaction to her Wishbus cover of Never Enough of 3 years ago.

She is a great singer and she is also a great interpreter because she can project a lot of emotions. When she sings is not just volume, notes or a power voice but feelings. A good singer can hit the notes, vibrate and deliver a perfect and melodic performance but a really great singer is the one can make you feel everything with a sweet and delicate voice. When you mix all of that you have an artist and she is one of the real few ones we still have in this industry. Hi there to everyone, I am from Mexico and I like to sign as many from this group.

Speaking of Gary Valenciano, can you also react to ‘Spain?’ According to one of his interviews, the delivery of this song was intended to showcase the message of the song with her take on this since people already know what she can already do with her voice. This was actually originally made for a musical.

That sound was an artistic choice, because she has a theater background... In her younger years, she's been singing in theaters before joining television singing competitions and started singing like what she's been doing now.

Gary Valenciano arranged this especially for Mori. Yes, it came from a (Christian) musical. Part of the rationale was also to honor the lyricist Freddie Santos, who passed away last December. The vocal track was a single take, this music video had editing cuts but another single take visual video was also produced. I love Morissette. I love everything she does vocally. I really liked this performance. Nothing fancy, just her beautiful voice. This comes from a Philippinen Christian Musical writen from Freddie Santos who sadly passed away in December 2020, Gary Valenciano who did the original arrangement and sang this song, rearranged it for Morissette and Dave lamar was the Director.
