Her tone is spiritual, relaxing, soothing, comforting. As soon as she opens her mouth I feel like I’m getting a hug. One of the best voices in today’s music. Her debut album is out Friday and I’m really hoping she blows up even more, I would like to see her get the same mainstream push Tyla has gotten. 😭😍

Although their sounds are different, I've always felt that she reminds me of Sade! So that would bless my spirit so lol

She's bringing the diaspora together, (and the world, too) and she doesn't even realize she's doing it, when I heard her for the first time on Tiny Desk, I just thought 'There it is.' She's incredible. Her 9ja accent adds a beautiful 'flare' to her diction
