This is from the concert in 1997 called The Dance…this whole concert is a masterpiece. Stevie was 49 or 50 here.
"This is for you, daddy" This song was written before her and Lindsey joined Fleetwood Mac. Their music careers weren't taking off and Lindsey left her in Colorado when he filled in as guitarist for a band. She had to call her dad for financial help. Her dad helped her but told her to give another 6 months and call it quits. Not knowing what she was going to do she stayed with a friend and one night locked herself in her room and wrote this. Soon afterwards Fleetwood Mac asked her and Lindsey to join and the rest is history
So I'm metal head but this is one of my fav female singer she's so mystic and her voice is a masterpiece beautiful song had a tear keep rocking
LOVE YOU LAUREN!! Great vid ❤ this song is one of my favs!
Yes, everyone has pointed out. This video is from the dance which was filmed in 1997.
You "Voice Teachers" are just amazing. This woman still sounds stunning at 74. What are YOU doing?
Stevie was 49 and this performance was in 97 I think... The Dance Concert
I SAW STEVIE 2 MONTHS AGO AND SHE SOUNDED ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, i expected it too not be nearly how PERFECT she sang, please react too her new cover of "for what its worth" - buffalo springfield. probably my favorite cover EVER
If you close your eyes and listen to Lauren it sounds like she can't stop thinking about cats

i've been found out
This live version is the best version to me
She was also a heavy smoker for years and had just recently quit before this performance if I'm remembering this right lol
From 97 I believe
I meant to say as a vocal coach I have tremendous respect
As a vocal coach I have tremendous effect for you, however, Stevie Nicks sings how she sings regardless of what’s good for her voice or not. She has always had a Amazing Range, but in the recent years, her voice has turned flat, and all the alcohol drugs and cigarettes have taken their toll on her vocal cords as I’m sure you can hear. but back in the day she was the queen of rock ‘n’ roll and her voice is unparalleled. The way she changes key is very intricate, and that the vibrato of hers is very special. She has a very unique sound. Some people say she sings flat, but the highs and lows and the dips and what she can do with that powerful voice is unparalleled. Thank you for your review.
That guitarist is Lindsey Buckingham they were once a couple but it didn't work out, that is reason for the chemistry.
Great reaction! Can you react to Marcelito pomoy version of I believe in you, Hallelujah and She's gone. Highest note from Marcelito! Stay pretty!
I like the studio version better.
More likely the 80s.
