this band is famous band from west Java, Indonesia, they've finished their europe tour Twice 2021 and 2022, and invited to Wacken open air Germany (one of the biggest metal festival in the world) today they're in LA to start their US tour, from 6th until 19h August their names are : Marsya (guitar + vocal).23 YO Widi (bass) 22 YO Sitti (drum) 23 YO this video is their concert in Rennes, France

Most of their original songs are based on their experience life ... Little FACT : When you were 14-15 yo ... Being little girls wearing hijab ... Raising in poor family ... Youngers Talent... From Garut West Java Indonesia...

This has become one of my favourite new bands. They defy expectations and are a great group of young women, and, as you heard, super talented. They came up from a tiny village near Garut, Indonesia, and there are videos of Widi, the bass player, practicing on the dirt floor of their hut as her mother cooks nearby. When they were introduced to metal music on their teacher's laptop they went from zero to a hundred in a very few short years it seems. What I do like about them is that they have a great punk/metal energy. They sing songs of protest and social change, and have a great mix of covers and originals (which are excellent, BTW) in their concerts. They are all very talented, and I have to say that both Sitti on drums and Widi on bass really provide a solid backing for Marsya's guitar and vocals. Widi's bass playing in particular is outstanding, so listen out for it in future reactions. I would just add that, if you didn't hear a great response from the crowd here, it's probably only because the audience was not well micced, or it was just poorly mixed or something. Fancams of this event do show that the audience really is into it.
