You have to wonder what the hell was he thinking to bring his side chick into their home, where they live with their kids. It's one thing for a man to cheat on his partner, probably he feels threatened by her success, but it's a whole other level of ugly to bring someone into their bed... almost like he really wanted to extra humiliate her. Karma can't come soon enough for him and that side piece who didn't think much of herself knowingly getting into another woman's bed.

Oh man this is just a bit of all the Easter eggs in this song. Lol

Double meanings in the song: • Pique (name of her ex husband), but it also means SPLASH in spanish • Claramente (name of her ex husband's mistress), and "clara" means "clearly" in spanish. You will also notice how she said "clearly or clara in spanish" but she adds "mente" at the end eventhough "mente" doesn't mean anything in Spanish. It is because the gold digger name (employee of Pique) is CLARAMENTE. Addition: • She compared Rolex to a CASIO because Casio sponsored Pique's team before on their game. • Shakira also said that she's worth "two 22 years old" because the mistress is just 22 years old and immediately chose to be a mistress. • After months of not saying a word about their divorce, she came up with a song to make money out of his cheating (that's why she has lyrics that says "women no longer cry, women get paid"). P.S. And can you imagine that after 5 years, Shakira will turn 50, yet she still looks 20+? GORGEOUS! You got *really* confused here Pique doesn't mean splash- Is a double meaning with "Salpique" which does mean Splash. So she says sal-pique with a pause to let us know she is referring to him. Clara doesn't' mean clearly, and mente does mean something in spanish... In this case "Clara" is "Clear" and "Mente" is "-ly". On it's own, "mente" means "mind". And the name of the mistress is CLARA. "Claramente", the whole word, means "clearly". Thats why she lets a pause between clara and mente, so that you realize that she is talking about her. It's like if you were to say Clear- ly

You kinda need to speak Spanish (or have someone who does explain it) to truly understand the strongest "assets" of this song that are the wordplay and her insane ability to change flow 3-4x in a short period of time, effortlessly. Also she included various football terms like league, champion etc. For example splash in Spanish is salpique, she says it like sal-pique. Sal=salt, pique=her ex. This is some high-class wordplay right there.
