Singers sing what they can, Floor sings what she wants ❤

Marco was in the band from 2002 to 2021 and got to sing with all 3 lead vocalists! So no, hes not ”the guy” behind all this, thats Tuomas, the keyboardist. But Marco left a hole in all out hearts when he left

Marko isn't just a backup singer, he takes lead vocals on many of their songs. Also, the Nightwish army will never drop you when you're crowd surfing bro 😁

Marco is a tremendous singer as well. Takes lead in High Hopes, The Islander, Kiss While Your Lips are Still Red, shares lead with Tarja in 2005 Phantom of the Opera, with Floor and Ave Maria and multiple others songs, and led his own band as lead vocals also. Collaborations with Ayreon, Delain, etc also. Also plays guitar

Awesome tune, lucky enough to see Nightwish in Minneapolis last year, unreal, I was 10 feet from Floor and the guys!

Oh yes Marko (bass) can sing - he is one hell of a metal singer, and lead in his own band! And - the 6. member Troy, also sings - deep vulnerable and soft voice. You just wait...

Marko and Floor sounded so good together. Even though Marko is no long with the band, but out on his own again and doing great, I'm glad that we have so many years of his work with Nightwish. Curious, did you get a copyright strike on this song? Or was this just a precaution? I have watched this performance reacted to dozens of times, and nobody had filters on. Nightwish is usually is very good about not hitting reactors with strikes and you probably will find you don't need filters with them.

This was another terrific reaction to our beloved Nightwish with Floor Jansen on female lead vocals and showing out a bit of Marko (our bass guitarist and vocalist) with his voice. Marko has a terrific voice as well and even sings lead vocals on several songs. Actually, Tuomas, our keyboardist is the founder of this band and he composes and writes the lyrics for 90+ percent of their music. I've been to metal concerts/festivals where the crowd has helped people in wheelchairs "crowd surf", some even just held the wheelchairs up above their heads so they could see an unobstructed view of the stage. Metalheads are some of the nicest people.

Marko sings extremely well! He can sound like a demon or a male angel. His voice on the more folky songs is beautiful. He has a huge range too!

Nightwish Army south Brittany France reporting. And they can go heavier than this. The rabbit hole is deep. 63 yr old, been a Nightwish for 20 years, seen them once, Wembley 2015. Toumas is the "guy" behind everything. But worth listening to songs where Marco is lead vocal and Floor is backing. I suggest while your lips are still red. High Hopes, this is from the Tarya era, whilst Tarya did a costume change, Phantom of the opera with Tarya. Closer to Christmas listen to Ava Maria with Floor.

Marko is an awesome singer & a Rock God in his own right, but not "The Guy," lol - that is Tuomas on the Keyboards. 😉

There are only a few songs from bassist Marko on Nightwish. But he did a solo album as lead singer and before Nightwish he was a songwriter for Tarot and lead singer. By the cape you probably mean the “half skirt”. I often see this with symphonic singers. On the one hand they want to wear long skirts, on the other hand they hinder you. That's the compromise. The Visions of Atlantis singer has a dress that looks closed but actually has very high slits. Don't mess with a metal guitarist. They all learned to play guitar in hell. ;-)

Epicness right there on that stage DonVon and yes, Marko is a great singer in his own right and when harmonising with Floor it is 🔥

Nightwish is all we need. But if you want to watch some insane guitare solo, we will have to turn to dragonforce song, they have to reputation to have one of the hardest solo guitare.

If you really want to hear Marcos sing solo may I suggest kiss while your lips are still red high hopes a tribute to Pink Floyd Master passion greed just to name a few

Marko can sing anything. He sings lead on quite a few songs and he and Floor sing together on many more. They're both vocal gods.

Love this song.. it has such power threaded through it. If you want another rabbit hole to go down man, look eastwards into the rock/metal scene in Japan with the bands LOVEBITES, NEMOPHILA, BAND MAID, LISA X, HANABIE, MAXIMUM THE HORMONE.. There's a wealth of awesomeness awaiting..
