I needed another dose of Dimash in the midst of curren chaotic events. Thanks so much!

That is one of my Favorite Performances of him. I Heard him live 2019 in Germany, when he was with Igor Krutoy. Believe Me he is BETTER live. Check on youtube: Dimash Düsseldorf. He improvised. He is phenomenal. Sang Olympico live! It was incredible. NOW I am Waiting that his Arnau Tour can Continue. His Solo concert was Postponed for another year. So instead of March 2020 in Düsseldorf, ist will be 2022. Tickets are still available.

I've got a ticket for Düsseldorf concert waiting until April 2022. The concert was posponed just a week before It was intended to be. It is being a long stand by.😭

@@ghazi.d Many of us wont be able to see him in person. I have some small hope, I live in Seattle area, but I could never justify spending too much considering my financial circumstances, but if I could, I would fly to where ever his concerts are! We are fortunate to live in a time when we can see him online!

@@joshuamclean4588 I think some people get stuck when someone uses the word "acting" because it so often implies that the person is putting on a show without having any true connection to their performance, merely to get attention. I don't think anyone can claim that Dimash has a lack of emotional connection to his songs and that he is singing as he does merely to get a lot of attention.

@@melbrod3868 the presumption is that actors lack emotional connection, which sometimes can happen. Though I will say that it probably is not all just acting but that he probably does feel real emotions when singing the songs. But its funny because when he said become the song he sounded like a hs drama teacher. If you have to try to become something, its acting. Though you can get to a place where ur not trying to become somethjng it happens naturally. And I also find that singing releases a lot of natural enotions and even has a healing affect on the emotions. So it’s not all acting, but he is also putting on a performance- and a good actor becomes what he is performing, which is what he is saying. Not that there is no true emotional connection, but he is good at becoming what he is performing. It’s art

I really enjoy your reactions and analysis. Very insightful. The man introducing and accompanying Dimash on the piano is Billionaire Igor Krutoy, a famous Ukrainian and Russian music composer, performer, producer, and musical promoter. He composed this song 25 years ago for Alla Pugacheva, a very famous female Russian singer, and modified it for Dimash to sing. After watching Dimash's performance of SOS in 2018 he decided to come out of retirement and compose masterpieces for Dimash to sing, such as I miss you, Ogni Pietra, Your Love, just to name a few. It must be very satisfying for him to sit down and compose music without constraints (limitations by ordinary singers). High notes, low notes, whatever his genius mind can conceive, Dimash will achieve. Someone explained on another person's page the different elements of the song. There are three sections: In the first and longest, Dimash is addressing the audience, describing his dream-like love. In the middle section, Dimash lives the dream. Notice he disengages from the audience; his eyes are closed, then he opens them and looks up. The audience has ceased to exist for him. In the final section, he wakes, notices the audience again, then tells them how the dream made him feel. Which is energized!

Dimash is not only expressing his emotions or the emotions of the song! He expressing the collective passions of humanity!

This Dimash Performance it’s just Absolutely Amazing. The song is Very Beautiful. His voice is so Powerful and Lovely. I liked it so much. Good Analysis. Thanks.

Dimash is more than amazing. Here's a couple of other singers you should check out. Dinah's Ankudinova from Russia singing Wicked Game. She performed it at age 13 or 14. I love how Dimash lives the songs he is singing. On American voice competitions it seems that judges are critical when contestants do that. Because they aren’t “connecting” and they need to “get out of your head”. But if I am hearing beautiful heartfelt music like Dimash I am a happy camper! PS. This song is one of the most beautiful song I've heard.. I say song becsuse I've listened to Dimash for want of better words WINGING IT and it's just stunning... with Dimash it's just like the PERFECT STORM... he has it all and more... god given talent, and not just oh good singer talent but this prodigy, hes ridiculously talented, appreciation of that talent, working his arse of to perfect it..amazing stage presence and you can feel his passion .. . but on a superficial level ( don't like saying it but it's just true ) he's a handsome man... he just exudes passion n talent... once in a generation talent yet still humble , which makes him so much better.. this man has integrity which is very rare now xxx adore him

Dimash never said it was going to be better for his Career. Dimash wants to bring his Kazakh music and culture to the World. And, It is more than that. Dimash was originally going to the USA in early 2020, for a Semester as part of his University Studies. This was cancelled at that time due to the global situation. This was stated in an interview given by the Chancellor of the Kazakh National University of Arts, where Dimash has been a student since 2014/2015. Dimash stated that his music studies and career are linked and continue simultaneously together. When Dimash will be able to go to USA, to further his creativity, his education (doctorate in music) and promote his USA Career / recognition.
