The piano player is Maestro Igor Krutoy, who wrote this and other songs for Dimash, Lara Fabian and many others. His is legendary in Russia for his many compositions. He and Dimash have a very close working relationship and are very good friends as well.

The Time of Dimash. I just found him two weeks before my 70th. What a gift.

To add: yes, the gentleman at the piano is Maestro Igor Krutoy, the composer of the song, which has been sung by Russian artists for decades. And now Dimash has taken it and made it his own in such a memorable way that I don't think it'll ever be forgotten! They've worked together on many compositions (such as Passione, Olimpico, Love of tired swans, etc.) and the outcome is always amazing. Let's hope they'll work together for many years to come. Igor the pianist actually wrote that song about 25 yrs ago and I believe he wrote it for the love of his life and asked Dimash to perform the song with him. Thank you for your responses to Dimashs performances, you've given him the the respect and passion he deserves. I've seen many reactions that I barely tolerated because of silly gestures and over reacting which sort of ruins the mood for me and the meaning of the songs that he chooses to share the mastery of his gift with all of us. I look forward to more of your reactions of Dimash, thank you so much.

This is my favourite review of any artist, any reviewer. As a 63 year old with years of musical experience in every genre Dimash has stolen my imagination of what music can become. This review is wonderful because of how you feel the song along with him & us. You understand there is something special here that the music world needs to grasp. I don’t know if you noticed but the heart beats Dimash uses moves him into a meditative place where his mind & music connect somewhere wonderful & filled with joy & peace. Thank you Luke, I watch this a few times a week.

Igor Krutoy , the ‘pianist’ is the composer of this beautiful song. He is an extremely successful, extremely wealthy composer and music producer who does not need further accolades but came out of retirement to write for Dimash. This song is about 25 years old, so not written for Dimash, just adapted by him. Check out ‘Olimpico’ which Igor did write specifically for him. These two make a great pair!

No Not only someone acompening, him at the Piano. Igor Krutoy is a famos Composer, And a childhood idol of Dimash, he wrote this Song about 25 years ago for a female voice. Now Dimash has made it his own Igor Krutoy came out retirement for Dimash. When he first heard him, he new he found the singer he had been looking for all his life. . Since than he wrote special Songs for Dimash, like Ogni Pietra(it will knock you of your chair), or Passione(the same). I'm really waiting for your reaction, to those. But most of all to Samaltau, Tokio Jazz Festival Version, that is a Kasakh folksong with traditionell Instruments and a very different Dimash.. Looking forward to your reaction.!!!😀

Don´t keep apologizing for the need of processing this beautiful, angelic and unbelievably versatile voice :) Take your time. This was an awesome reaction video, I really enjoyed and appreciated it. But when you said "This is my favourite moment" I just smiled and thought "Nah, it isn´t. Just wait for it." :D

He says that he "lives" the song--he's experiencing it as he sings..He's such a great dramatist! You can feel how deeply he becomes immersed in the experience of it.

When he heard Dimash for the first time, he came out of retirement and began his collaboration with Dimash. He has written several songs for Dimash. Last October Mr. Krutoy was honored internationally on his 65th birthday and performed at the Barclays Center in New York City before 19,000 people. He invited Dimash along; Dimash practically stole the show. The next month Dimash performed a concert there; dears as he calls them flew to see him from over 15 countries and the show was sold out in hours. I am sure you get many recommendations, but I would like to suggest "Ogni Pietra" and "Your Love" (both written by Igor Krutoy). Ogni pietra, your love and Adagio ❤ the song will mean more to you if you know some background. Like Ogni pietra. The olympic song. The lyrics "you can do this", "you are strong" "you are stronger then you believe". Dimash is like a methador, look at his eyes! Soo strong! Power! And the music goes on and on and on non stop! Like it says "dont stop you can do this". Is suits the theeme perfectly! It is the perfect olympico song! Everything! Igor Krutoy is genius, and Dimash the best performer and vocal!!

@@vlada613 Я все знаю про Димаша, и про запись в Париже, даже просмотрела репетиции и как записывали оркестровую часть песни.А продюсер Димаша его отец, он и останется, т.к. так хочет Димаш, не зависить контрактными обязательствами...

@@user-ng4xe6yz2b дают потому,что там есть номинации- лучшему зарубежному певцу(ице) и альбом зарубежный кажется...А,чтобы он был прям среди американской ротации певцов- самой престижной,ему надо петь на англ и делать это на пост основе,+как на своём родном(а ему есть ещё чему учиться, даже в Your Love- самое начало, никто не понимает кроме отдельных слов,не научился ещё чётко выговаривать,без акцента слова..+крутиться в ихней тусовке....там 90% своих выигрывают и 10% или Латинская Америка или Европа,но англоязычная....например Адель.Но бОльшая проблема в том,что вот вы например купили хоть один лицензионный диск Димаша, а не скачали из интернета,бесплатно песни??Думаю нет, у американцев певцы зарабатывают продажей своих альбомов,а у нас гастролями и на "тебя" никто и не взглянет если ты не продал хотя бы на золотой,а вообще, в основном платиновый(по американской,а не китайской шкале) альбом......знаете какая разница платиновый в Китае и США.....Китай= 40тыс США=1миллион копий!!!! Димаша даже не заметят если он 200тыс продаст....Вот в чём разница культур- бывшее СССР (так как закон тут почти не действует,лучше купит "подешевке" пиратку, чем оригинал в 5 раз дороже(допустим 5 баксов и 25) и поэтому наши ,артисты СНГ вынуждены ездить на все эти корпоративы,для шишек выступать, фестивали,тогда как американские поп звёзды едут в тур на месяц и дают допустим 20 концертов, например у топ рэпперов концерт стоит от 50 до полумиллиона(это те которые в брюликах ходят,и их альбомы-мультиплатиновые,а иногда и бриллиантовые=10мил копий,потому что за подделку,нелегальное скачивание,можно реальный срок- лет 5 получить! Вот они все на дорогих тачках,в супер домах и в драгоценностях щеголяют!) А у наших концерт от 5 тысидо 50.....,по-моему,только Сердючка пару лет брала по 100 тыс за выступления, но вся соль в контрафактной продукции и менталитете людей....50% "Деарс" лучше скачают бесплатно с инета,чем либо купят с сайта звукозаписывающей компании этот альбом или на диске....неее,это в генах,если можно дешевле,зачем брать дороже,не понимая,что тем самым они сами замолчали Димаша в этот круговорот концертов на всю жизнь.....Ему как Данелии,надо на AGT съездить,хоть он и состоявшийся артист,но выиграв или дойдя до финала,он точно может быть подписан крупным лейблом задорго......хотя я думал,а чё ж тогда после TWB, когда он ушел,к нему очереди не было....все просто ,процентов 20% американцев и то более пожилых понимают его эту полуоперную музыку,молодёжь там прикручена к гангста рэпу, где про шл**,деньги,наркотик,оружие и тюрьмы.....там процентов 5% Макс поймут,как это великолепно....У Данелии другой стиль и она может выбиться, он- это моё личное мнение, всё застрял в этом кругу Европа-Азия, а концерт в США был один где процентов 60 было бывшее СССР, ещё 20 Китай и ещё 20 американцы и из латинской Америки включительно.Так,что тур по США,разве что по клубам,где пару тыс вмещает, а не как американские звёзды- каждый концерт 50-100 тысяч людей. как-то так.

@@bestcommentator_ Я в его интервью слышала что ему предлагали сотрудничество несколько американских компаний. Но там были кабальные условия и Димаш с отцом отказались. Сейчас у него вроде контракт с какой то американской компанией. И я все таки верю что Димаша будут знать в каждом уголке планеты. Такой талантище! И фиг с этим Гремми. Он и без этого будет любим своими диарс по всему Миру. Это то же дорогого стоит.

меня нет. если че стучите в дверь Так мрачно всё описали. Всех осудили за деньги, хотя они не у всех есть и почему любить можно только за плату... Скажу за себя: было бы очень жаль не услышать песни «Любовь похожая на сон», «Любовь уставших лебедей», “Daybreak”, “Autumn strong”, “Olympico”, “Грешная страсть», “Passione”, “SOS”, “Unforgettable day”... только потому что они не на английском... В общем список можно продолжать. Если цена за Грэмми - это не услышать эти песни на языках оригинала, то не уверена, что такой Грэмми мне интересен. Точно не интересен. А Данэлия - это безусловно талантливая певица с большим будущим, но в её исполнении я пока слышу хорошую копию оригинала и голос взрослой певицы из уст ребёнка. У неё свой путь в стремлении именно в англоязычную среду и пусть её мечта осуществится. Она - молодец. Ну а Димаш - это Димаш. Он один такой уникальный, неповторимый и недостижимый никем из живущих на нашей планете в настоящее время. Его премия - это отнюдь не Грэмми. Если есть или будет премия планеты Земля, то она объективно может принадлежать только Димашу. Конечно могут возразить моему мнению, но пусть это будет не голословно, а с именем певца, который сможет точно повторить хотя бы одну из вышеназванных песен или песен Димаша на английском языке, ту же упомянутую “Your love”.

It was worth waiting though, thank you:-) Yes, the lyrics are in Russian in which Dimash is fluent, but he works hard on mastering the lyrics in many other languages he cannot speak... yet. Since "The Singer" he has been learning Mandarin, and continued learning English. Igor Krutoy, the pianist, composed the song 25 years ago for Alla Pugacheva and her performance, completely different, was sensational at that time. Dimash took the song to another dimension reserved for Dimash only. No wonder Igor came back from retirement to work with Dimash on more songs, some of them originally composed for another big artist Lara Fabian, Dimash's idol. Please, consider the reaction to "Mademoiselle Hyde", "Love of Tired Swans", "Know". "Ogni Pietra/Olimpico" with the lyrics in Italian was specially composed for Dimash and is monumental. And then there are the lyrics; if he is crying, they are tears of joy and amazement! He has found his true love, and he doesn't ever want the relationship to end. It's like the opposite to My Swan. Just AMAZING! I LOVE this song! :)

I like your reaction and the emphasis you put on it. You are ABSOLUTELY RIGHT when you pay attention to the language. Subtitles do not convey how Dimash sang the song in Russian. How crystal he sang the words "Crystal-clear chime of hearts". How tenderly he sings the word "love". How he sings the word "dream"in a whisper. Both gestures and sound and timbre work as accents on each word so you are as if hypnotized. I am so grateful to Dimash that he made songs in Russian language known to the whole world. Dimash is a real Ambassador of peace. Thanks to him, people translate songs from foreign languages, listen to new words for themselves. And it's so beautiful. Hi, from Portugal (Europe). This is my favorite performance from Dimash, until now. Someone said Dimash is the Cristiano Ronaldo of singers. I agree. It’s amazing how someone can sing all this notes and so perfectly. He’s phenomenal, unique, almost unbelievable singer. Dimash take us to a another level. I get so much pleasure when I hear him... We stay speechless and with goosebumps in every song. What performer can do this? Thank God we can experience this moment. And thank you too for analise this performances the way you do. Only a sensitive and beautiful soul can do it, that way. Thank you.
