Justin I have another Korean singer that ended up 3rd in the singing program Super Star K her name is Hynn. She is 18 at the time of this performance. Many were comparing her to Ailee. I think she is better if you just go by raw talent in singing. What is serendipitous is that Ailee is one of the judges. Hynn sings, 'I Stand Up For You'. Ailee is one of my favorite singers. When she sings some of her other songs, she makes it looks so effortlessly. I truly appreciate your review of Ailee singing this song! I just came across her literally about a week ago and her voice stop me and I could not get enough of her singing. I knew there was something very special in her voice but I could not explain it technically but as just a fan I felt wait this voice is really special and great. Within a week, I already think she is Korea's finest female pop singer. Your review lets me know there are some really great technical reasons for Ailee's great singing. I hope you will also review her hit song I will Go on the First Snow as some other commentators have suggested. One of Ailee's really unique qualities is how she can sing two completely different types of songs something like I Will Always Love You and I will Go to You on the First Snow so well. I like you, was a fan before she ever finished this song!

it's not one of her more well known performances, but I think my favorite Ailee performance is still *Hey, Hui* from the same show!! that one makes me cry every time

The show is called Immortal Songs. It's a competition, which pits singers (of all kinds of backgrounds and genres) against each other by having them sing covers of a certain artist or theme, and it's performed live in front of the audience who then vote for the artist. The person with the most votes at the end wins. The songs are so good, and that's how some singers get famous from performing on this show. Ailee did really well. You should also check out Hweseung's cover of We Are The Champions from the program, too. (And just N.Flying's Hweseung in general.)

Please please react to So Hyang and literally any of her performances. She's Korean and has one of the BEST voices in the whole WORLD.
