She was awarded the Disney Hall of Fame. She is still the only person who sang as two different Disney princesses (Idina Menzel has two Disney movies but she voiced the same character). Also, a bit off-topic. She is also the only actress to play two different roles in the musical Les Miserables. She first played Eponine when she was younger. Then she was tapped to play Fantine when she was older. Just goes to show her versatility and how producers put their trust on her.

I noticed she had less vibrato when she was younger and a lot more as she got older. It must be a technique of saving her voice or must be just a change due to ageing. I’m not a pro so I’m not sure 😅 She sounds great either way anyway. ♥️

Maybe She's a lyric. She rarely sings in that voice though. Search for her "vanilla ice cream" performance in one of her concerts. Also her duets with Daniel Rodriguez for songs Pie Jesu (andrew lloyd webber) and Panis Angelicus. You'll be surprised.

Broadway singers, and i assume Disney singers, MUST sing it they way the writers of the song wants it to be sung. The producers know how they want a song to be sung, and probably the singers have no latitude on the way it is sung.
