VN24 - Van crashes into truck at the end of a traffic jam on the A1 Freeway

VN24 - 08-04-2024 (D/M/Y) - Unna A1 / Germany - One person has been seriously injured and another slightly injured in a traffic accident on the A1 Freeway northbound towards Bremen between the Unna and Kamen-Zentrum junctions. According to initial findings, a 32-year-old driver was driving his Renault van in the right-hand lane at 10:33 a.m.. For reasons as yet unexplained, he hit the already stopped Semitrailer of a 56-year-old man at the end of a traffic jam, causing minor injuries to the van driver. However, his 52-year-old co-driver was trapped in the vehicle and suffered serious injuries. The force of the impact caused the Semitrailer to touch the rear of another truck. The 52-year-old co-driver was freed by the fire fighters and airlifted to hospital by a rescue helicopter. The accident was investigated by the Dortmund police's special traffic accident investigation team. The towing companies Kollmer and Widliczek were commissioned to remove the vehicles involved in the accident.

Infelizmente o uso e celular na direção tem causado muitos acidentes e ceifado muitas vidas mundo afora. Como explicar um acidente desses, se a van parecia estar em perfeitas condições? A perícia deve começar pelo celular do motorista. Esperamos que os feridos se recuperem brevemente.
Danke für das informative Video. Gute Besserung den verletzten Insassen des Transporter. Immer wieder diese Auffahrunfälle am Stauende. Aber menschliches Versagen kann nun einmal nie ausgeschlossen werden. Gute Arbeit vom VN24-Team und den beteiligten Bergefirmen. Macht gerne weiter so.

Nicht fast jeden Tag, sondern jeden Tag mehrfach. Es gelangen nur nicht alle Unfälle in die Medien.

Driving to fast, to close front of the Trailer, short distanse too break and stop , thats because that accident happens, every day, all the year long...
Stauursache : die Baustelle, die schon seit gefühlten 20 Jahren einfach nicht fertig wird.

Nee! Das ist nicht Ursache. Die Ursache für den Unfall ist der Sprinterfahrer. Er hat nicht aufgepasst und ist auf den LKW aufgefahren . Warum der LKW dort stand bzw der Stau war ist zweitrangig.

Man muss dazu erwähnen das viele Staus in Baustellen aufgrund der unangepassten Fahrweise der Verkehrsteilnehmer entstehen. Wo aufgrund einer Baustelle 80 Km/h angeordnet sind sollte auch nicht mit 20 km/h mehr durchgebrettert werden.

@@fidel_manuwa1827 Wenn da 80 angenagelt sind, sollte man auch 80 fahren, nicht 30 und alle 300 Meter anhalten. Aber stimmt schon, die meisten Leute sind in der Baustelle überfordert.

Da ich bis 2016 in Dortmund gewohnt hatte, kann ich sagen, dass 2016 die Baustelle noch nicht da war, somit maximal 8 Jahre (und nicht 20 Jahre). Und lieber eine Baustelle aufgrund der Brückenschäden als eine gesperrte Autobahn wie auf der A45 in Lüdenscheid. Einfach mal den Ball etwas flacher halten und sich nicht künstlich aufregen.
