My guess is that a lot of us have dated someone like Dan at one point or another, usually in junior high or high school. Then we matured and moved on.

Im usually a silent watcher HOWEVER, i cant just not say anything... i HATE this life for you, like seriously i agree with most of the comments on Dan and his behavior or lack their of.... The fact that you cant show a vlog without negative feedback about Dan says somethibg about him not us. Not to mention looks arent EVERYTHING but jeez he could brush his hair or teeth.. idk maybe im being a little harsh but after you showing the doctors then you sayibg you had to put up grocries and fix yourself something to eat is SAD... not that our opinion matters but my goodness Cassie he is not your child he is a grown "partner"

FYI…do not mess with UTIs. My daughter’s friends mom had a UTI, ignored it and thought it would get better with water, cranberry juice, etc. Went to the doctor when she developed a high fever. She developed sepsis and was dead 2 days later. Completely avoidable!!!

Dan is the laziest partner I’ve ever seen. He couldn’t at least cook dinner? Total freeloader

UTI is horrible and if you wait it doesn't go away easily even with strong antibiotics. Dan is such a lazy partner and could help you way more than he does now. Like a big kid who cares only about games and himself. Perfect example of why it's better to not be desperate and stay single sometimes

Cassie is not a Karen - customer service is HORRIBLE today. Especially for us who have worked in retail or the food service industry and have always done our best (even on a bad day) to give a customer a pleasant experience. It’s almost as if half of the work force is simply not competent or doesn’t care anymore. Like how hard is it to get a simple food order right? 😂

I deal with entitled, rude Karens like Cassie everyday...Retail pharmacy is a dumpster fire, and the workers who didn't quit during Covid, and still show up to help, are sick and tired of the demanding attitudes. I hate to say it but usually from my experience it’s a hygiene issue with the man. I had recurring uti’s and had to get out in a low dose of antibiotics for months on end because of being reinfected with the bacteria from my ex’s 🍆 Spend a bday in a urologists office. 😢

It can also be from using the wrong soap to wash your privates or washing too much/too hard. Also, not using fresh towels/wash cloths. Then it depends on tampons, pads, underwear, liners etc. People with a vagina really have so much to watch out for. We're never safe. 🥲​ @missellie0715

I'm sorry sweetie, I like Dan very much, but he should have made dinner arrangements for you the night you went to urgent care and got home so late. Idk if maybe he got home from work late, but he kind of dropped the ball on that one. I'm so happy that Fig is ok! I was crying when you were talking about G's passing and how upset you were taking Fig in. I'm a kitty mom, and I get so worried about her when she seems off even a little, so I totally understand. Of course you still had the UTI!! We all told you on the last vlog, the home remedies you were using can't actually kill an infection and just prolongs the agony and possibly makes the infection worse and harder to get rid of. I hope that next time this happens, you go in to the doctor right away!!! Then you can set a regular appointment rather than dealing with all of that urgent care mess.

@@angelh3771 they don't tho. Those things can work preventatively to keep infections at bay, and some things can ease the pain. But if there's an actual infection, there's bacteria present and nothing kills bacteria but antibiotics. It's just science. And I'm not being a mean girl or a bully. Check my comments history on this channel and you'll see I love Cassie and am a big supporter. I just don't want people seeing her last vlog and thinking that's how to handle a UTI. Because that's dangerous misinformation. And I obviously don't want her to go through this the same way again next time when the prolonged suffering is totally avoidable if you act right away!

I should have gone the the doctor a week earlier, I agree... but after taking the OTC pills, drinking loads of water, and also the cranberry juice, I didn't have any symptoms for a good 5 or so days so I thought the doctor wasn't needed. That's why I went to urgent care as soon as I could (granted, I could have prioritized it a day or two sooner). I'll handle things differently next time 😃

I know things can be scary. My horse had a small growth on her inner eye lid this year & I had to have her eye removed. She just turned 23 yo in October this year & I've had her since she was a baby barely 4 yo. (Horses don't stop growing or until about 6 yo). I've had her almost 19 years and she helped me get out of a wheelchair, etc, etc. So I get it when you get upset and worry about them. My issue now is that I've 2 horses and a senior dog & I'm on a disability pension, so if vets don't do payment plans, I'm kinda stuffed. I also don't have kiddos, so these guys are my kiddos. So i totally get why you get emotional, especially when it's only been a year since you lost Fig. I have had to have a few of my babies PTS (I also did rescue), and know how that can have a lasting impact. Here's hoping, moving forward, it's just a fatty lump that won't impede on his quality of life & he's a happy Fig with a happy mumma & pappa. All the best for all 3 furbabies ❤❤❤❤

Cassie - I feel you on the vet anxiety. My dog (corgi) he has a lump on his side. I was so scared to go to the vet to see what it was because i was scared it would be a cancerous lump of some sort. We got it checked its basically the same thing as fig. Vet said it okay as long as it doesn't prevent him from walking/doing daily things. Just know we are sending positive thoughts to you, dan and all your fur babies!

I had the same problem with UTI’s. The Kidney specialist I seen (because I couldn’t get to see a Urologist at the time) diagnosed me with germ issue in my urinary tract in which I started getting since I’m in premenopausal 😢 I’m 44years old now and this has been a issue for couple years now. I’ve went to a few female doctors and several medical doctors yet neither has given me any medication for this. I wish you all the better luck and success on getting help with your health. Your fur babies are beautiful ❤

If you can try taking oil of oregano. I have hormonal issues and started getting utis and that seems to eliminate them if I start it as soon as I notice symptoms.

My dog has a lump like that on his body and they did a biopsy and it was just a fatty tumor or a lipoma.

I've had animals that had fatty tissue masses that never developed into anything serious... they never developed into anything at all except lumps. My vet said it was very very very common and to not stress or worry about it. Just fyi. Maybe that will help give you relief. Take care of yourself Cassie. Also, Taking vitamin C every single day can help keep uti's from developing.... like as a preventative... not a cure. It's been lovely to see you laugh so much during your vlogs.

TMI, but I get that feeling about having an UTI, and have times where it comes back negative. I do get antibiotics though and that feeling goes away. Being a medical mystery sucks.
