Jamie is rocking her life, as always, and should be recognized and thought of for that first and foremost. she's so beautiful in so many ways and these vlogs cheer me up! (great name btw ;))

i have SAD and i watched your vlog from last week and thought i'd share some tips on what my occupational therapist told me about SAD. if you struggle to get out of bed in the morning, sit in front of the SAD light for 10 minutes as soon as you wake-up. then in the evening three hours before you go to bed, sit in front of the light for another 10 minutes. this mimics the sun rise and sunset at regular times, it has helped me loads! also do this daily regardless of the weather x

Sunday vlog & a long bath. Finally bought a bath tray today ☺️ no idea why it’s taken so long for me to get one! So bubbles, bath salts, essential oils & a candle it is 🛁. Also, if you can’t get an empty mascara wand maybe try a wee glass jar like the ones they use in beauty places to store the eyebrow/eyelash tints 🤷🏽‍♀️ xo
