The best sports bras I've found are shock absorber, so many others I've tried either don't fit right or don't have enough support and I don't buy any other now.They have different support levels too depending on what exercise you're doing. Ring fit looks amazing!

As someone who has a larger chest and wants great support i tried Shefit bras. They're more expensive but you can adjust the band and shoulder straps along with have front closures and a zipper for full support. It is the first bra where I feel secure, comfortable and don't have the annoying bounce when I run

A really amazing supportive sports bra is the Catalyst bra from Knix! It’s high impact so it’s perfect for all exercise and it’s not a halter or crossed in the back so it doesn’t tug on your neck

The best sports bras I use are from Gymshark, I can't remember when I last wore a proper bra either! The Fit ones are the most comfortable I've tried and the dreamy ones are the most supportive x

If you want a chilling-at-home bra rather than a sports bra, Nutmeg (Morrisons) do some nice basic ones in grey and black and they have wide straps in the normal shoulder position - I've named mine my lockdown bras!

I just bought a sports bra from aerie and it’s amazing! I usually wear a small top but I got a medium and it fits amazing and has a very comfy and supportive material and it fits nice underneath and doesn’t give me any pressure points and my ladies don’t move around at all 😅😂 love the vlog! And I agree about the trousers, you lose your shape in them
