Thank you Jamie! It's important to not ignore and to speak on obvious injustice. It's even more important for white people to speak out, eveeenn more so ones with a platform. It's not enough to be "not racist" it's more important to actively denounce racism and call it out when you see it. So thank you. Love allll the videos ❤️

I am writing from minneapolis, my home for the entirety of my life thus far. you are such a genuine, caring human and it never fails to show. i am currently in my home not allowed to leave due to the 8pm curfew that was implemented as a safety measure- feeling overwhelmed in so many ways. your videos always bring a smile to my face even in the scariest, saddest, most frustrating and heartbreaking times.

Awe I can't wait to get me hair done either! I'm literally getting to the point where I can't wait to get out and see people, as well as get my hair back in tip top shape!

I found that sticking to a meal plan has been the number one thing that has kept me on task during the quarantine and not being able to work out. I've been on a fitness journey for the past year losing over 100lbs. I've eaten the same thing with little variations for the past year and I love it! Also I'll totally start running with you! I've been doing lots of walks but gonna start incorporating running and jogging. I'm with ya girl! 💪

I've been considering the whole running thing too and share the same thoughts as you. i downloaded a couch to 5k app where you have a coach and everything. You even get to choose the coaching style for example military etc.. good luck with it!!

it's really important for when you're sleeping to condition your room. me and my roommate's faces used to get soo puffy and greasy, then it became warm enough to leave the window wide open, even if we still were under the warmest blankets at night it really really helps you sleep better and not get puffy. love you xx

Human kindness is the most natural gift we are bestowed, we learn to be hateful. God bless the human race. We all deserve the right live love and laugh. I started a 6 wk training program on my ifit treadmill, it says 3 mins of walking and 30 seconds of running then do it over and over for only 30 minutes, i feel its super easy. I was the same about running my anxiety was through the roof thinking about it and I got the 5k app and it really really helped me so much and now I enjoy running so much. My goal is to do a 5k without stopping. You’ve got this girl you’ll feel so amazing x
