I suffer from depression, anxiety and adhd. My husband in prison atm for a long while for a crime he didnt commit (dont get me started, currently appealing) and I tell him about your videos and recipies , hes taking notes from what I say and he said he will let me know what recipies he has learnt in there that he can make from commissary and share here and on a local spouse support page on FB. Keep the videos coming, I enjoy them and me mentioning whats in your videos keeps him entertained A big thankyou from us

It really doesn't make sense to tan while trying to use retinol, botox etc. because the tanning is ten times more powerful (in a bad way) than any skincare you do for yourself. Not to mention skin cancer risk. My friend got skin cancer, passed at 33 4 months after diagnosis.

I'm sorry for your loss. I tanned in the tanning 2 times. I don't tan on a regular basis. I got a spray tan that's different than tanning
