Thanks for following tradition. Usually it is done in the village, you get to wash the faces of raini rose interpreted as the 'whole" village. That's y your pple asked you to bring soap and vaseline. Back in the days it used to be cooking oil applied on the faces of those washed, then it was changed to vaseline. Some chicky relatives could bring their babies and toddlers up to say 20, to Bath and oil them. Well done makoti.
