I love making Buddha Bowls for lunch! Brown rice, chicken, mixed salad, avocado & any sort of Primal Kitchen dressing to add some flavor. All ingredients in one bowl. SUPER EASY and quick. You have your complex carb, protein, fats & micronutrients. I always meal prep the brown rice and chicken-so I have a big batch of it for the week :) Hope this inspires you!

Lunches: mayo based chicken salad, blt or just loaded sandwiches, soups like chicken sweet potato, chicken noodle, stews, chili. My biggest hack is meal prepping ingredients to make different meals throughout the week rather than just prepping different meals:)

that yogurt is amazing but its like 200+ calories for one small serving you're better off eating it on its own to actually taste it with fruit or granola. and put a lower calorie higher protein in a smoothie . also cheaper ;)

hi maggie i have the original sweatshirt you made in black and it’s held up all this time and remains one of my favorite sweatshirts to grab so i just wanted you to know your intentions were well received here🩵

So weird for people to be mad about the sweatshirts tbh if they don't like it simply don't buy it and move on. I never understand hate messages. If any of the messages were constructive I suppose thats fine, but plain old hate is so silly to me.
