I have the SAME kind of social anxiety!!!! I say yes to things and then a day or two before and the day of I regret accepting the invitation and I don’t want to go!!!! It happens EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! This is new for me in the last five years. I also, don’t want to answer my doorbell when it rings. I literally run and hide in a room so I won’t have to interact with the stranger…. I feel CRAZY 🙃

First of all, the quality of the content in this vlog is insane! The fact that you explained everything in your Sephora haul was so perfect! I feel so similar about perfumes and become nauseous from manufactured scents, so I was really intrigued to hear what perfumes didn’t bother you! Can’t wait to see all the things you accomplish Paige :)) Endlessly supporting you ❤

the video subjects, camera angles, content & quality just always exceed expectations. you’re vids are literally magical. On another note, i literally experience the same kind of social anxiety before or during the social activity.. it’s always so weird bc there’s no logical reason for it 😭 in terms of exercise (im finishing a major in it) 150 min of consistent moderate intensity, aerobic exercise per week, is recommended to achieve all the health benefits from exercise & 2 days a week of strength training, if that’s information you find useful! It seems like that’s what you might already be doing so good for you!!

My favorite kinds of perfume scents are similar to yours! I would say byredo - Mojave ghost ( woody, feminine), lelabo 29 (woody), Tom Ford - white suede ( clean, warm) , Madison Francis KurkdjianParis - Aqua Vitae ( clean, musky) , Frederic Malle- Musc Ravageur (very sexy). If you like Jo Malone ‘s peony, you'll also like Molton brown's Fiery Pink pepper. This is a body lotion and body wash I've repurchased countless times. Also, I think Tommy would love their Cypress & Sea Fennel scents! Kinda long but I hope you find out the one you will loved. love you xoxo❤

I didn't do anything but lose weight! I have been very open about all the filler I have gotten, I haven't gotten anything in my face in years (botox or filler) and lips in a year - I actually might dissolve my lips soon. I have always had high cheekbones just depends on my body fat / how much alcohol I am drinking
