Es tan sencilla de hacer y está tan rica que, la verdad, personalmente no veo la necesidad de comprar leches vegetales en el supermercado que además llevan un porcentaje de frutos muy bajo y otros ingredientes añadidos no tan saludables. 🥛🌰🥜PD: esta misma receta sirve para cualquier fruto seco (pistachos, almendras, nueces, soja, anacardos, etc.), incluida la avena!! Aunque esta y el cáñamo son las únicas que no necesitan estar a remojo, así que todavía más fácil!☺️🫶🏼 . Yo ahora mismo estoy comprando los pistachos ya pelados aquí ⬇️para hacérmelo más fácil 😉 👉🏼 amzn.to/3QHDFrd

@@vilealac a mi me lo traen de un día para otro ahí, así no tengo excusa para hacer la leche de pistacho en lugar de comprar otras ☺️. Hay que ponérselo fácil que hay muchas cosas que hacer en el día a día también!
