VLOG FROM RUSSIA : moving to vintage apartment and cooking with a neighbour!

Hey! I moved into a historic vintage apartment with some friends and this video is about cooking with a roommate and a small room tour!
We cook national Belarusian food - Draniki
Recipe: grated peeled potatoes, finely chopped onions, a couple of tablespoons of flour, 2-3 eggs, salt - mix everything like cutlets and fry in butter!
I still don't speak English well enough, but I hope you enjoy this video about my life in Russia!

Good video I enjoyed seeing your apartment and the cooking lesson. You are doing very well with your English. Speaking it with your apartment mates is the best way to learn. Good luck with your stidies..

I have several friends in different places in Russia. We all get along fine. But I have learned to see the differences in each of them.

Nice video, thanks for sharing. It's interesting seeing how ordinary Russians are getting through life at the moment. Good luck with the new apartment and with your flatmates/housemates, that's what we call them here, flatmates. 🙂

When you say "historical" in Russia I'm sure it means something completely different than it does here in much of the US. For example: My friend lives in a neighborhood that says "Historic District" but the houses aren't even 100 years old.

Still Russians have only "small" problems, Nastja, but Russia did so many bad things to the world during last 11 months, that the world will make Russia very big problems also. By the way: "island" in English - it is spoken "iland", the "s" is only written, but not spoken.
