Date roll recipe that you want to eat every day📝
(material)
Hanpen 180g
4 medium size eggs
Cane sugar 3 tablespoons
Mirin 1 tablespoon
Light soy sauce 1 teaspoon
①Place all ingredients in a food processor
② Bake in a 180° oven for 15 minutes.
③ Form while hot, cool and serve

This recipe has a light and fluffy texture, so I think it will be delicious if you roll the dough just enough not to crush it when forming it 😋
If you roll it while it's hot, it will hold its shape even if you don't roll it too hard.
