To solve the problem of low intent leads, you should try integrating forms/questionnaires in your website in a smart manner. Else the lead/enquiry funnel that you will deal with in the coming days, will be huge and cost-inefficient. There should be a way for you to implement a qualitative factor to all your incoming leads, so that you can cater to the high intent leads on priority

Just put up all service tentative prices in website, 70% of calls go down automatically. Example 100 people simply call just to get quote for door repaint or cost of PPF, if it's available on website they'll see it themselves. Final prices can be +/- 10-20% more or less(*conditions applying), but most unwanted calls will go down.

I have one suggestion for ur equerries related issues. Aap region wise phone no alot kar sakte ho like for pune there shud b specific no to call u or specific e-mail id for pune region. So one of ur sales team focused on pune or say 100km surrounding area.. If possible make one sales group to target equerries coming from 0-100km and one sales group for 100-200km from ur workshop area.. May its stupid solution but i thought to shr my views on ur problem.. Keep doing good work 👍
