I love your videos. I have a suggestion for your aluminium door problem. You can install a sliding door and that will solve your problem. One time expense Second option is insert wood in side the aluminium panel where the hinge fits, the screw will have extra grip... I have faced these problems in my factory so i advise you on this.

Best way to fix the Door problem is Permanently Weld the Hinges into the frame cause due to weight of the door no matter how good quality the Hinges are they will get loose overtime
