This is the first video about the construction of Elekit TU-8900 tube amplifier. Because the assembling process will take quite amount of time, therefore the video will be splitted into two parts. Total around 8 hours spent to build this kit (in slow mode).

You can buy Williston 300b set p2p solder in Amazon here in us about $1200 with tubes and it looks nice too. Of course one is Japanese kit one is made in China product. It will be interesting comparison…

I am guessing the elekit will be much better than then willsenton but good to compare.
When will you sell the upgrade kit?

Merk timah apa yang di rekomendasikan berdasarkan pengalaman bapak? Saya punya elekit tu8200 yang saya rakit pake timah cardas quad euthectic cukup baik, ada rekomendasi pak?

This is a very good solution for building a SET for many DIY.'s................ BUT to obtain a higher musical level and audible results ..........DO NOT build with a printed circuit board ....this higher level of building isreserved to more experienced builders that have the ( mostly forgotten and past knowledge of tube technology .) and have the necessary skills to build point to point ( the correct way )... Using top quality parts on a printed circuit board is one of the the illusions of modern engineering . And it is a total waste of money as well as the use and waste of those rare nos tubes ........ But is stays a good solution for beginners with decent results but it is not up to the quality reserved to the build quality and the resulting results belonging to the territory of AN , Shindo, Uesughi and Kondo as well as some other quality brands .
