Those are the most common hindrances that anyone can face when they work with heavy equipment. I've worked in multiple sites as a mechanical engineer and I know how much effort is required to unload and place them on pedestals or just to shift in under-construction sites. It requires multiple vehicles like forklift, crane or hydra and more than enough manpower to shift them. It shows they feel the work they do is so hard and when you visit heavy industries or plants, you'll get to know how things work.

What are the things that are added in a agreement to maintain the continuity of business?

Brother aap owner se agreement kara rahe ho or apka time complete ho jaye tb aap time extend bhi kara skte ho ye bhi policy hoti hai 10 yr 20 yr etc.. Or jo bhi infrastructure brotomotiv ne use kiya hai wo direct land se attached nahi hai wo agar kl ko kahi dusre jgh sift karte hai to wo sari chize dusri jgh direct sirf kar skte hai koi issu nahi hai.
