Same way BrotoMotiv is your brand not BroMotive and you can’t fight for that is not your name and just looks similar to your name. I would suggest you that to avoid such cases you must take the most similar name under your brand but that will not be called as illegal. And if someone is mimicking BrotoMotiv name means you are on the right path.
