I love how Niko hates bullies. Notice how whenever he meets someone who's being stepped on and has resigned themselves like Roman or Dwayne - he always asserts himself and demands to help anyway.

Roman: "We're dead!" Niko: "No, he's dead... we're fine." Man, GTA IV had so many funny and memorable moments. I've lost count of the number of play throughs i've done. So many hours spent on this game.. This is one of those games I'll never get tired of.

If you think about it,Vlad is one of the reasons why 3/4 of entire plot happened.

There's a little oversight. Actually, Vlad is a shortened name from Vladislav (literally - "who owns the glory"). The shortened names for Vladimir (literally - "who owns the World") are Vova and Volodya.

Tino Butko I like the sound of his voice and he's not as serious as Dimitri and Faustin, he also commonly refers some people as Yokel or Peasant or Fatty even though he's fat himself.

Vlad was like the sacrificial pyre to niko and roman, theyre like kids cleaning up their mess. Its their first murder in LC, and niko breaks his promise that he wouldnt kill anyone. niko and roman killing their adversary, who was practically as low on the totem pole as they were in liberty city, its a fairly innocent killing. It begins their descent down to hell, and their ascent of the criminal ladder.

Vlad has to be one of the funniest villains in the series. He is jerk at most times but occasionally he’s laid back like offering Niko a coffee and a snort of coke

My favorite dialogues of GTA IV 1. Vlad: Yokel, fatty Roman's cousin! Uh, what's your name again? Niko: Big Mouth Prick! Vlad: Very catchy, sit down 2. Roman: Vlad, Vladdy boy! What's going on? Vlad: Roman! Roman boy. You tell me what's going on? Roman: Nice aftershave, what is that? 'Sex Pest?'

You forgot all the times Dimitri and Faustian mention Vlad, and when mallorie calls niko and tell him she knows what happened to Vlad.

Killing Vlad puts Niko on Mikhail and Dmitri's radar. It leads to Niko working for the two of them. Niko kills Jason Michaels for Mikhail, setting the events of TLAD in motion and influencing the events of GTA V down the line. Niko kills Lenny Petrovic for Mikail, and Kenny Petrovic demands Mikhail die in retribution. Niko kills Mikhail, Dmitri takes over and sells Niko to Ray Bulgarin, which sets the stage for the rest of the game. Even though Vlad is merely a starter villain and is soon forgotten about, he's one of the most important characters in the game. He's like the Archduke Franz Ferdinand of GTA IV...Which is amusing because he was also killed by a Serb.

I was surprised because I hadn't heard the car dialogs between Roman's cab depot and Comrade's Bar/the bar and the docks before. They were alternates of what I usually get!

yes, if you fail the first attempt you will get this dialogue on your second try (check out my "All Possibilities" playlist to watch all the dialogues in various mission)

Vlad and the Rascalov’s thug who told Johny to kidnap Roman are two great examples of genuine non forced Russian accent.

this guy is my favorite mission giver.
