Part 8: • Curtis "Wall Street" C...
Part 1: • Curtis "Wall Street" C...
--------
In an engaging discussion on investment strategies, Vlad highlighted how dramatically Google stock has appreciated since 2010, soaring by 14 times its original value. During the conversation, Vlad drew a clear distinction between investing in stocks and gambling, emphasizing that buying shares in a company is akin to owning a piece of a neighborhood pizza shop, hence owning part of the profits and assets. This ownership, he argued, contrasts starkly with the zero-sum nature of gambling.
Curtis "Wall Street" Carroll echoed Vlad's sentiments, elaborating on the importance of data-driven investments rather than speculative ones. The duo discussed the reliability of investing in major corporations like Amazon, Apple, and Google, attributing their stability to substantial assets and consistent revenue streams. However, Vlad also pointed out the inherent risks, noting that even well-established companies can suffer major declines, exemplified by historical cases like Enron.

Hi Vlad, This is my first ever KZread comment. A fan of your channel. That being said I know you and your team are reviewing these comments. We know your story on stocks and I am a stock millionaire too and your story is very inspiring but there is time to talk and time to listen and let ur guest speak. When you try to force the narrative ur achievements on people every time without being asked that message transitions from inspiring to Insecurity/annoying. Continue with your channel on Vlad stock investing and maybe be transparent with your portfolio and I’m sure viewers will respect you more. Watch interviews on Warren Buffett and his tone on investing without appearing to brag. He is more likeable that way. This is not Hate comment but out of brotherly love.

Now, I'm one of few individuals from South African Townships. Born without Wealth. Grew up in a fatherless home. Gained the ability to Teach my family members and friends about how wall street whipsaw Humanity off. Soon I Began to teach myself how to build a portfolio from scratch composed of stocks, bonds, futures at age 22. I think what vlad is doing is more of the Warren buffet method of buying and holding in main stream companies that “guaranteed” profit/value, which I think Curtis is almost day trading. He’s almost saying I’m investing in major companies that’s having a good trade that day and keeping the profits maybe I won’t keep all the profit I might reinvest some into the company and put the rest into another company. Can someone let me know if this is what they got too?

You can tell he was getting a little angry because of how much knowledge Curtis has. He always wants to debate just end up agreeing with em at the end of the point that Curtis was trying to make, and he was always trying to cut him off when Curtis was trying to explain his point of you 😂 finish him flawless victory. Curtis wins

They really argue about different things. Street talking about trading with is about producing income. Vlad is talking about dollar cost average. That strategy is more long-term about letting your portfolio grow overtime.

I just got into stocks so I’m soaking all the game I can get. I heard if Wall Street guy but didn’t know what he look like until now. I’m interested in hearing more from him about stocks. I’m black and came from the streets as well but that was a long time ago. I’m 35 now and focus on legal money only.
