In the spring of 2019, I had a sleep apnea test and discovered I stopped breathing longer than 10 seconds over 28 times an hour! This is considered moderate obstructive sleep apnea and my sleep doctor prescribed the Resmed Airsense 10 CPAP machine.
After a year I noticed not only was it not working for me because it was causing me to swallow air, waking me up many times per night and causing dry eyes from leakage, it was ruining the tissue in my face! I went to a dentist who specializes in sleep apnea and now I use the VIVOS dental appliance.
It has been a life-changer for me and I hope I never have to go back to wearing a CPAP machine ever again!
I noticed that in the video I say I wear it from 9 p.m. to 6 p.m. I meant 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. I don't know how to edit this video so it is what it is.
