Vivien was NOT dressed as Scarlett. She wore a simple suit with a black picture hat.

Vivien Leigh was a lot like Scarlett O'Hara in real life. She always denied this. It was true. She went after what she wanted and got it. Whether this is narcissism or what. Ambition. She got what she wanted, same as Scarlett

It’s unbearable to watch this Marcy woman melodramaticly play Vivien Leigh, and then her smirk at 5:56. Too much.

This program said that she went to the set dressed as Scarlet which is absolutely a ridicules statement. There are even photos that point her out on the set of the burning of Atlanta and she most differently was not in costume. And they also want you to believe she got the job on the spot which is also faults.

I have known people who behaved as described here (Ms. Lee) . You either love them or you absolutely cannot be around them. They are very draining to the people around them. However, they accomplish so much and many great things follow them.

When Vivien set her eye on something she wanted she didnt stop until she got what she wanted. Vivien could be an absolute bitch, but also kind and caring. Although she try to bury it deep she never got over the guilt of deserting her daughter.

So divorce and adultery was also a thing being done in the past? I don't know why I'm so naive sometimes but I get shocked when I hear of such things happening in the past. I tend to think people didn't know about these things before the 80's or whatever. Reading about women getting raped in the bible totally suprises me cause you tend to think that ancient people were so innocent. There is nothing new under the sun is there? Ecclesiastes 1:9 The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.

Totally. And I think the photograph at 2:30 is her head put on another's body. I know she had a famously beautiful neck, but the neck doesn't scale to the head there. That's awkward too!

There were/are so many more beautiful actresses. It’s an aging PR machine that keeps the myth of Vivien Leigh going and that of her erstwhile husband Larry Olivier. As for her acting skills well least said soonest mended!

@@Calamitytoo Yeah right. Ms. Leigh won two Academy Awards for best actress. And all a nothing like you can do is potshot the late great, Vivien Leigh and her "erstwhile" husband. Leigh and Olivier leave behind an enduring legacy of work on stage and in film. A nobody like you; not so much. Lol
