My personal observation is, if you educate patients it will always result in better treatment because patients can explain better about their symptoms and take better care of themselves and it makes doctors' life a bit easier. One very common example can be most of the patient doesn't even understand the difference between chest pain related to the heart issue and confuse it with gas or acidity related pains.. so doctors need to go through a series of tests and find out the actual problem.. sometimes people get traumatized with very simple health issue whereas some times they just ignore very serious issue and end up in ER at the eleventh hour. Doctors should reduce the gap between patients and them. The way you explain things and communicates is definitely praiseworthy that many doctors do not do. Respect and best wishes to you. If I can help you in any way with your noble journey, please let me know.

@@aqeelhaider1103 i had that off and on for years. Lately since I am now 71 I had 10k quite often. I tried everything. Ribose stopped them completely. I take 6 to 9 grams with meals. Now I am battling afib, but the arrhythmias are 99.9 % gone. I think my problem with afib is water. I drink 64 oz a day as of 2 days ago and eat dinner 5 hours before bed and I hope this works because I had a huge number of afibs but they never lasted more than 4 hours. Also take 8 grams magnesium, 800 mg potassium pills, carnitine 1.5 grams and coq10 300 mg per day. Vitamin C sounds good, like maybe every 1 or 2 hours throughout the day.
I developed AFIB after taking the J&J Covid vaccine. It got so bad I had a heart ablation 4 months ago. It seemed to work, but the fib returned a few weeks ago, and much worse. My cardiologist suggested another heart ablation - so I scheduled it and had another two days ago. Three days prior to the 2nd heart ablation, I started taking vitamin C and the AFIB subsided completely. I thought about cancelling the second ablation, but the idea of it coming back again was frightening. Today I see this video and I am convinced that I was vitamin C deficient. I am going to stock up on vitamin C and magnesium and use them as my first defense going forward.

I had serious AF and PVC's (Premature ventricular contractions) and two cardiologists and my family doctor strongly encouraged "heart ablation surgery". I declined. I started experimenting with time-restricted-eating (TRE), intermittent fasting and multi-day fasting. Within the first month a frostbite sore/scab that I had for 15 years (not a typo) healed beautifully. In the 8th month I got my CRP retested. It had been "off the charts" - a score of 12 where optimum is less than 1 and "normal" is 1 to 3. After 8 months of daily fasting (my eating window was usually 4 to 6 hours), my CRP was 0.01 - the lab was giddy with excitement and told me they had NEVER seen such a low score. At 70 years of age I am back to what I've done all my life - running, golfing, swimming, camping and biking - to name a few. BUT here's the #1 thing to know and it's the first thing to try: DO NOT EAT AFTER SUNDOWN!!!!! NEVER EVER. Why? Because "eating even nutritious foods (after sundown) promotes serious inflammation" (Dr. Satchin Panda - researcher). I told a stranger that I met at a sports event about this #1 rule. I knew nothing about him. A month later, at another event he recognized me and came up to tell me that he had changed one thing in his life (a long-time insulin taking diabetic). He stopped eating after sundown. He reported that his AM glucose test was 78 - a number, he said, that he had not seen in a LONG time. He felt he might have a very different life in his old age (72+) than what he had been braced for. He also felt he would be soon reducing and then eliminating the drugs he was taking.

A big thank you, Doc. Clear and sound advice, and you're right about the money angle. Sorry to hear about your Dad, I hope he gets better very soon, please tell him that he has raised a very good son!
Thank you from Long Island, NY. Just writing to wish your family--and especially your--the very best of luck!
Prayers for your fathers speedy recovery. Thank you for taking time out of this stressful period to send us another great video. I understand you can safely take high doses of vitamin c by monitoring your intake through bowel tolerance. A little diarrhea and then you can ease off of the vitamin c until you get it right. I will take a little diarrhea over AFIB any day. Thank you again.
Dr. Gupta, I truly appreciate you of very high regards.. You're a human being who cares of your fellow man..You educate us and share your knowledge.. I pray for you and your family that all will come back to your normal lives without worries and stress..Bless your heart my dear man, with much respect and honor..
God Bless you and you are in my PRAYERS. I THANK YOU FOR GIVING OUT ALTERNATIVE INFORMATION THAT SO MANY OF US ARE DESPERATELY SEEKING🙏🏼

Thank you for the information on natural vitamin c and AFib. Prayers for your Father’s complete recovery. 🙏
I hope your father has a positive outcome. You have been so amazing for all of us, I know I speak for all of us when we say we are sending all our thoughts to you at this time.
Great to see you back and hope your dad gets better soon. I have to see my heart surgeon next month to decide if an ablation is the next best option. Until then I will give vitamin C a try. All the best God bless Andrew
Really interesting. I know one with a few attacks of AF, I will definitely tell him about this. Interesting when I watch videos done by hospitals and health authorities, they only focus on how to fix the numbers or treat symptoms, there isn't a single word or thought about the reason why it develops or why we are seeing more and more people getting this. That is why your channel is so much more interesting. Thanks so much for posting these videos.
Thank you for this very interesting information! Praying for your father's healing and your and your family's strength.
I'm so sorry to hear your father is unwell. Prayer for your father's quick recovery !
Dr. Gupta has been a godsend for me dealing with my heart issues. Reiki to him and his father and all who are dealing with these issues.❤
Thank you Dr Gupta. This relates to our conversation the other week, so I will try to take more vit C. Sending lots of positive vibes your way and may your father get well very soon
Thank you for the information, I will certainly try it, I have had Afib for 10 years now. I do hope your father makes a good recovery.
All the best to your father I hope he gets better soon. Thanks for the video.
This was a very powerful video! I admire your honesty and your compassion for ALL people. Your perspective on medicine and health is inspiring.
We need more doctors like this! He knows so much and I love it that he emphasizes nutrition and natural healing when possible instead of medication with so many side effects. Than you for the wonderful videos.
All you’re short of are wings. So pleasant to listen to and so informative, just a mine full of information. I’ve learned so much from you. Thank you.
All information you provide helps so many people. Thank you! 🙏 for your father and family!
I will keep your father in my prayers. Thanks for this info...will get on Vitamin C
Thank you Sanjay what an very interesting and informative analysis of vit c after heart surgery. love all your great videos about numerous health topics, please keep them coming, and i truly hope your father makes a good recovery. Thank you.
I was very surprised to find this. I hope your father gets better. I have coincidentally been eating a lot more citrus fruits lately and have not had an AF episode for over a year. I will continue to include citrus in my diet and hope it works. Thanks for your videos.
Thank you so much for sharing...Wishing you all the best for your Dad, hope he is ok
you are absolutely right. For so long doctors have ignored looking into natural food sources for health promotion, but instead concentrating on prescribing the latest and often expensive medications for patients.
Glad I watched! Cardiologist says don’t worry and I’ve had nuclear stress dozens ekg from ER panic attack visits. These ectopic beats are a literal nightmare… Magnesium helped and losing weight and getting in better shape is helping. I have typically 6 or so a day. I dont go into full panic attack but rarely I have panic disorder and take celexa and zanax as needed. I limit the zanax of course but been taking it for over 15yrs it helps in a panic state. I am trying vitamin c tomorrow and appreciate your videos very much it helps reassure me. I pray your dad regains his health soon! Thnks
I greatly appreciate your information on AF, thank you for providing. Although it was a year ago since this video came out it says I do hope your father is doing better. Blessings to you and your family. ♥️
May God bless you and your family. You're a fine human being.
Wow I am so impressed that a major medical dr such as yourself is willing to talk about these things and bring them to the public. Thank you!!!! I personally take Ester C but think now I might include some ascorbic acid just to be on the safe side. I don't have any AF, but prevention is the best medicine :) Blessings, may your father heal quickly and your life return to a more normal 👍
Hey Doc, I was recently diagnosed with AF. Blood pressure very good and my ultrasounds were very good also. I noticed it was increasing in frequency so I started on 1000mg of Vitamin C per day. According to my iWatch Ultra my Afib has reduced by 50%. I feel like it has reduced even more that that. All anecdotal I know, but that is my story so far. Regards and thanks for all your work here.

Thanks. How much Vit C should I have per day? I had AF with Hyperparathroidism but it went away after surgery. Now it has come back so my cardioligist has put me back on medication. Would be grateful to know.
