I experienced COVID that lasted a good 11 days. I thought I was ok until I began to notice a loss of more hair than usual. After doing some research, I've come to realize it’s from the stress my body went through during that time period and also the shampoo I had been using. So I began doing meditation, yoga daily and changed my shampoo and conditioner to littleextraa cooconion anti hair fall kit. And today i dont face any hair fall. Thank you for this video! I feel so much more at peace.

Take B12 supplement. It's the best way to get it, because B12 comes to farmed animals from supplements fed to them. It's by-product of microbes in grownd naturally found in unwashed veggies etc.

I developed no to few symptoms as my vitamin b12 level was falling , one day suddenly I felt heart rate is increasing and experienced heart palpitations very regularly, especially after eating food, I was so scared, hence went to the doctor, got my ECG done, diabetes, thyroid, BP, cholesterol, blood test checked, along with vitamin D and vitamin b12 ..Thankfully everything was normal, but my vitamin D was 22 which is insufficient and vitamin b12 was severely low, just 147..Hence doctor advised me to take 5 injection shots weekly

There is none unfortunately. You can take supplements (oral or injection is available). It's the only thing you absolutely cannot get on a vegan diet. Ironically humans do produce b12 just like animals, but it's only produced in the lower intestine, and humans can only intake it in the upper intestine so you need a dietary source. There are also fortified foods you can eat that are vegan and have b12 added.

No, b12 comes from a bacteria that lives inside the guts of animals. Ironically humans do produce their own b12 from this bacteria, but it's in the lower intestine, and only the upper intestine can intake b12 to be used by the rest of the body. There are oral supplements and injections you can take if you are low or the listed sources aren't part of your regular diet.

Fermented vegetables like sauerkraut and Kimchi. Make sure you're getting the real stuff which is raw and unpasteurized or make it yourself. You can also lots of B12 from nutritional yeast.

The recommended way is to take a supplement. Make sure the dose is high enough (50-100 micrograms if taking one pill per day). There is no risk of overdosing.

suplemented only, you can also try fermented vegetables but they wont have enough. you can also try fortified foods such as cereal which also technically considered suplemented

I don't want to be nutritious by brutally killing an animal(meat) , or paying to do forced pregnancy(almost a r*pe) to an animal which is worshipped in my religion(milk) I would like to be deficient in some nutrients(if not available in vegan options) rather than destroying our environment and supporting these dairy and meat industry. Thank you
